1) My Journey From Journalism To Managing Brands


With my background as a journalist, I’ve learned to research, write and engage with people about various subjects over time. These skills are now being put to use managing brands at Media Trendz, (a 360-degree marketing agency) with a shift in Indian advertising from traditional media to digital advertising. He shares his journey from writing to managing brands for some of India’s top companies. My experience has given me insight into what it takes to be successful in different capacities—that’s why I started Media Trendz (A Unit of Trending Media Solutions LLP), a one-stop shop for marketing & advertising services that assist entrepreneurs all across India.

 

2) How Did I Start It?

I’ve been a journalist for over seven years now and have worked at some of India’s biggest media houses, such as NDTV, News24, LIVE India. I have also worked with Ministry of Agriculture & Farmer's Welfare as a media consultant. With my experience as a journalist & media consultant, I decided to take it one step further and launch my own company which would be focused solely on brand management for other companies & personalities through different media channels.

When they hit a certain revenue point or awareness level however (especially if there's direct competition), then entrepreneurs find that their business needs proper management of its brand identity for them to stay competitive as it grows further.
