Jarret is now a real estate expert, but it took him years to come into the limelight. He says, "Only the person who goes through struggles knows what it takes to make it to the top. When I was in the fashion industry, I never imagined I would lead a life like this. But here I am, with two companies to my name, both of which are running extremely well. And that took years of hard work, personal compromises, and tactical decisions to reach here."
From fashion to real estate – Jarret's journey
Jarret and his partner, Crystal, moved to the Hamptons in 2003. They wanted to start a curated contemporary boutique for men and women. Fortunately, both of them had prior experiences in the fashion industry. Jarret was a Ford model, while Crystal was into fashion PR. That helped them start their upscale boutique called Blue One in Hamptons. Word spread quickly about their boutique in town, and soon the elites from Hamptons and NYC became regular customers. But Jarret wasn't content with Blue One. He wanted to chase more, and this time he had real estate in mind.
Real estate is a tricky industry because it doesn't guarantee success. You can either become a millionaire within a few years or sometimes it may take decades to make it to the top. Thankfully, things worked out for Jarret and his family when he entered the real estate industry.
Vision of luxury experience
One common thing that Blue One and Bespoke Real Estate share is Jarret's vision. When he started Blue One, he wanted to provide a luxurious experience to his customers with handpicked products. He maintained the same vision after co-founding Bespoke Real Estate. According to Jarret, "You need to convey your vision to your clients if you want to become successful in real estate. It is true that marketing is key in this industry, but you need to provide the grand experience that you promise in the first place. At Bespoke, we don't shy away from offering a luxurious experience. It doesn't matter whether you buy a property from us. That's totally your personal decision. But we don't want to compromise with our service even for one minute."
Jarret and his co-founders, Zach and Cody, share the same vision. They helped Jarret get his real estate license, and soon they were up and running with their business. The entire team was so hardworking and dedicated that Jarret managed to close a deal worth $35 million within the first few weeks of starting Bespoke Real Estate.
The real estate expert believes that you can fulfill your dreams if you channel your passion into the right track. Whether it's fashion or real estate, Jarret keeps turning everything he touches to gold with his hard work.
