What are the visions of your company, and how do you plan to take it forward?
Raymond Realty is making great strides in the sector with an appealing proposition resonating well with our consumers. Structurally, the first three towers of our maiden Project are complete, and we are committed to delivering the first unit 24 months ahead of the declared RERA deadline. This aligns with our brand values, where the speed to go to market remains pivotal to our overall strategy. The current Project has given us enough confidence now to expand our horizons beyond Thane, and our venture into Real Estate is not limited to land monetization only. We are exploring various options of Joint Development without land acquisition outside Thane. Homeownership is an aspiration in India, and we seek to fulfil this cherished dream for all.”

With the challenges thrown up by the Pandemic, how do you see the realty industry rising from it?
India’s real estate sector might have suffered a setback during the first and the second wave of the COVID-19 Pandemic, but housing demand in the country has revived. In the wake of the global Pandemic, people have now realized the importance of owning a property.
Along with the industry, the Government has been trying to revive the realty industry for the last year. In accordance with the 2021 budget, the Union government succeeded in granting a boost to the affordable housing sector. Through Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY), the Central Government attempted to facilitate the weaker sections of our society with affordable housing segments.
Currently, the sector is trying to revive, by providing consumers with the best deals and convenient payment options to buy homes.
