1. Oil Pulling
An ancient Ayurvedic therapy, oil pulling helps in maintaining oral hygiene. In oil pulling, a tablespoon full of coconut oil is swished around the mouth for about 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, you can spit it out and proceed with brushing your teeth. Oil pulling is said to have many benefits including improving your immunity, as it reduces inflammation and removes toxic overload in your body, improves your  gum health, bidding adieu to bad breath, and even helping in the prevention of cavities.

2. Teeth Cleanup
