Aabir Vyas, popularly known by his Instagram account called belikeeaabirr. He is a 22-year-old boy who makes comedy rants and skits for a living.
He is a guy who loves to travel and work alongwith which he love to eat lots and lots of tasty food. It gives him a kind of pleasure that is just above all pleasures for him and due to his travelling for work and eating hell lot of junk continuously, he crossed 90kgs weight.
And although he didn't look obese, he felt sick and lethargic always. He felt weak and then suddenly the lockdown was announced.
While everyone else cribbed about it, he felt that this might prove to be the best time for him to loose weight and get back on track as it was the only time when nobody could go out or eat junk food.
So he started off with the intermittent fasting diet which requires you to fast for 16 hours daily and eat in the remaining 8 hours. The concept behind this fasting being that when you fast for 16 hours, your body cuts down your fats for energy. So he started following it religiously by eating his first meal at 12 pm and the last one at 8 p.m . He made sure that the meals he took did not exceed the calorie count that his body requires. His meals included all the homemade food and lots of fruits but very little or no sugar at all.
As he didn't have any expert knowledge of excercises, he took help of various YouTube videos and planned a heavy workout for himself which included 1 hour long weights training and lots of cardio (skipping, cycling etc).
He followed this routine for straight 90 days without fail and finally was able to loose 17kgs weight without going to any fancy gym or paying huge sum to any trainer.
All he had was the dedication and will to make the best use of his time, and come out after the lockdown as a healthy and fit man, which he surely did achieve.
Not to forget, He's still a big foodie and sometimes cheat on his diet too but he makes balance it all out by working out doubly hard. So he would just say one thing to you all, and that is that "don't be afraid to take up a challenge for yourself, as if you believe in you today, everyone will believe in you tomorrow."
