Rita Jairath has many national and international achievements in her name. She has also excelled in the field of Bharatnatyam, winning many contests and competitions. Along with her professional career, Rita Jairath is also a hero in her personal life. She has dedicated her entire life towards her child, suffering from autism who today, is 31 years old.
Talking about Rita Jairath’s early years and education, she has been versatile even when it comes to educational qualifications. Completing her graduation with a Bachelor of Arts from the Delhi University, she did her master's from the Karnataka University. Owing to her interest and love for dance, Rita Jairath did Junior Diploma in Bharatanatyam from Gandharva Mahavidyalaya, followed by Senior Diploma in Hindustani Classical Music from the Prayag Sangeet Samiti. Apart from this, she is also active in other sectors like Nutrition, Pilates, and many more.
In 2011, Rita Jairath won the Gold’s Gym Ms. Fitness title. Subsequently, she won the National Body Lifting Championship for three consecutive years and finally moved to bodybuilding. Now, she competes in the figure division of IFBB and NPC, after becoming the first woman from India to compete in the Arnold Classic in Spain and Amateur Olympia in Prague.

Pertaining to her contribution to Women’s Bodybuilding and Fitness, Rita Jairath received the Indian Achiever’s Award 2020 at the Constitution Club of India. She currently is also a writer at Krunch Today, Fitness Guru, and BodyandStrength.com. After being welcomed as a judge in IFBB PRO-LEAGUE INTERNATIONAL, she has graced many such positions in various bodybuilding competitions. Being a token of women empowerment, Rita also has engaged herself in various programs and campaigns working towards the betterment of the female community. In February 2020, she led the discussion panel in the World Women’s Leadership Congress on the topics of women representing the elements of the universe: Earth, Fire, Wind, Water, and Space. Rita Jairath also led the foundation of a support group in collaboration with Ladies of All Nations International (LOANI) counseling victims of domestic violence, acid attacks, and supporting women entrepreneurs. Rightfully, she is the co-chairperson of LOANI. For her outstanding performance in professional and social aspects, she has also been awarded an honorary doctorate by the United Nations Diplomatic Mission in Women and Child Empowerment.
