Concern India Foundation, an NGO working with underprivileged kids, is organising an exhibition titled Pause for cause, the proceeds of which will be used in different programmes

At the exhibition, you will find handloom, silk, artifacts, bed-linen, kurtis, bed spreads, bath products and a lot more. Says Pallavi Deshpande, head of Resource Mobilisation, Pune, "The exhibition will have Ismail Khatri who is famous for the Bagh print, Sabita Saree collection from Pulia, woven handloom, Lucknow Kraftism, Bai Rozgar Mahila Sanstha from Bhagal, Dama from Andhra Pradesh, Mahendra Kohli from Chandel, Maitrayee Roy Choudhary, Asmita Paithani from Yeola, bedspreads and bedsheets from Delhi-based Contemporary Living and Samaro Ho from Kolkata."

The organisers promise that the exhibition will have something for everyone and people can either pick up clothes or decorative items. Deshpande mentions that the idea behind this exhibition was to give people a taste of various arts and traditions from the different corners of our country.
