You have not seen spicy until you have tried this Chettinad menu. Chettinad food comes from the Chettinad region of Southern Tamil Nadu and is known for its heavy use of spice.u00a0 Meat, seafood, and vegetables are paired with plenty of Marathi mokku (dried flower pods), Anasipoo (star aniseed) or Kalpassi (stone fungus).
