New Delhi: Targeting the customers at the entry-level, mobile maker Cheers offers its flagship C21 'affordable' smartphone at just Rs 1,499.

Originally priced at Rs 2,499, the smartphone is available for Rs 1499 on the E-commerce website Snapdseal at Rs 1499. The Cheers C21 comes with 3.5-inch LCD display with a resolution of 320 x 480 pixels. It runs the dated Android 2.3 Gingerbread and derives power from a single core processor clocked at 1.0GHz.

The Cheers C21 features a 3.2-megapixel primary camera and 1.2-megapixel secondary camera. The inbuilt storage of the device can be expanded up to 32GB using a microSD card.

The Cheers C21 has connectivity features like GPRS, EDGE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v2.1 with EDR, USB port etc. It is fuelled by a 1,000mAh battery which claims to deliver a talk time of up to 8 hours and standby time of 225 hours on 2G.

The users don't have to remove battery to insert for replacing Sim card & memory Card or also don't need to shut down for that.
