- Eat lots of fruits and vegetables which are rich in potassium like mangoes, banana, tomato, and spinach. Fibre-rich fruits and vegetables, to absorb extra fluid from your body like apple, pear, oranges, and berries.
- Consume lots of probiotics like curd, buttermilk, fermented products to regulate your digestive system.
- Eat calcium-rich food, milk, milk products, paneer etc. Food rich in calcium and magnesium help reduce bloating.
- Avoid aerated drinks, simple easily digestible carbohydrates, sodium-rich products, artificial sweetener etc.
- Drink lots of water, lemon, coriander, water loaded fruits eg. Watermelon and do regular exercise in the form of walk, jog or yoga.
- Have a positive attitude, balanced diet, and active lifestyle
