Growing up, Chef Nagpal honed her skills under the watchful eyes of her grandmother and through her adventures in the local markets of Amritsar. Her journey from making chapatis in the fifth grade to mastering the art of Punjabi cooking is a testament to her passion and commitment to the culinary arts.
