The Kala Ghoda Short Film Festival is now open for entries from filmmakers across India for the upcoming edition of the arts festival

Calling budding filmmakers from across the country is the Kala Ghoda Short Film Festival. The festival is inviting films to be screened at the 15th Kala Ghoda Arts Festival to be held next year.

Filmmakers can submit their films in two categories: while the first looks at stories based around the cleanliness regime in the country, titled Swachh Bharat, the second category is open for films under any other theme or topic.
Apart from submitting their films for the short film contest, filmmakers can also opt for a contest and distribution category where contesting films also stand a chance to avail additional benefits such as distribution of their film to a worldwide audience through Pocket Films (the co-partners for the event) on winning at the Kala Ghoda Short Film Festival.

The entries for the third Mumbai Shorts International Film Festival (MSIFF) will close on December 3. The festival, scheduled to take place from December 20 onwards is open for short films, animation, documentary and music videos.
Till: December 3 (late entry till December 8)
Entry: Fee Rs 1,200 onwards (An additional Rs 500 will be charged for late entries)
