Want to propose your girlfriend/fiance mid-air on a helicopter, hold a bachelorette or birthday party for your kid on a jet plane, or if you are really, really rich, and want to buy a jet plane, download Droom on your Android or iOS phone, or log on to Droom.in.
While a chopper ride is available at a starting price of Rs 1.56 lakh (for proposals and other special events), you can book a jet plane for culinary experience mid-air for R2.64 lakh, a bachelorette for R3.12 lakh and birthday party for children for R1.8 lakh. You can also gift a jet plane experience for around R2.8 lakh.
The company, launched in 2014, in Silicon Valley (US), as an online marketplace for buying and selling automobiles, recently tied up with JetSetGo.in to offer planes for sale. It offers helicopter and jet rides in five cities in India, namely Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore and Ahmedabad.
Droom also serves as a platform for buying and selling vintage automobiles, auctioning of vehicles and as a marketplace for automobile care and maintenance services, including annual packages for road-side assistance. Droom is currently available as a Web service on Droom.in as well as an app for Android and iOS devices from their respective app stores.
