Before we lose more time, it is better to notice the signs, giving you enough hints to motivate yourself better and deliver personally on the set base of new-year resolution targets.

- If you have a new fitness activity plan, and are still struggling to find out time to do the intended workout, then it is time to think. Even a one day in your exercise or your active gym classes is of great importance and its missing, a sign that, somewhere things may not be as per your exact schedule. Being in good shape is the first thing to notice in you.
- It is most likely that you may have a new diet plan. Each one of us wants to cut down on the calories especially after the binge December. So, if you are not sticking to your planned diet, it may well be time for you to revisit your personal diet-chart and bring in the changes (as your specific need may be).
- Getting up late in the morning, or not reaching your office in time, may well dampen your new-year spirits. It is a sure sign of asense of mental and physical lethargy, which may keep you less motivated to achieve other goals as well.
- Not finding time for your hobbies, which keep you mentally or physically energised, is another sign of distress of new-year resolution. To keep ourselves in a happy state of mind, we all need to do things which we like such as reading, watching sports or any other outdoor activity to stay fit, for example.
- Not finding time for your family or the near ones is most likely to make you feel isolated and the same conceptof(not) being in a happy state of mind to achieve more- is likely to soon take over. In short, not spending quality time with your family is likely to affect your health and make you achieve less than you intended for.
