Madhuri Dixit-Nene has opted out of Dance Deewane 3, which is shifting base to Bengaluru. The junta curfew in the state has made the makers put up a set in the Garden City to continue with the shoot of the reality show. It is said that Mads expressed her reservations about shooting amid the second wave of the virus, especially after several unit members tested positive.

Dixit, Tushar Kalia and Dharmesh Yelande feature as judges on the TV show. The makers are frantically looking for her replacement, and several names are doing the rounds, including Malaika Arora and Nora Fatehi. After Raghav Juyal contracted the virus, Bharti Singh and Haarsh Limbachiyaa were roped in to anchor the reality drama.

Earlier, Madhuri Dixit Nene had reacted to the current situation of the Covid-19 pandemic which has badly affected India in its ongoing second wave.
