Hina Khan
A case in point would be Hina Khan, the lead actress of the show, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. Recently, a few TV channels had landed on the sets of the show for an on-location shoot, but the actress flatly refused to let them do so. Khan apparently asked them to leave the sets instead. initially, many thought that she was joking, only to realise that she wasn’t.
Says a source, “Hina didn’t want the channels to do an on-location shoot, so she told them matter-of-factly that they couldn’t come in every other day and shoot as they wished. She said, ‘Kuch shoot nahin karna hai (no shoots will be done here)’.” The source adds that a lot of people on the sets of the show are already aware of Hina Khan’s tantrums. “She has been getting away with her pricey behaviour for quite some time now,” says the source.
