Actors come together to celebrate Republic Day

Actors from diverse backgrounds will come together to celebrate the democratic spirit of Indians on the occasion of the Republic Day in "Hum SAB Saath Hain".

In the special show to be aired on SAB TV, actors will do dance performances, fun-filled comedy acts and patriotic musical performances depicting the true spirit of India.

"To celebrate Republic Day, a momentous occasion, the entire SAB TV family comes together to entertain the audiences with fun-filled acts on 'Hum SAB Saath Hain'. We continue to offer innovative and differentiated content to our viewers by presenting this show that will be a complete family entertainer," Anooj Kapoor, EVP and business head, SAB TV, said in a statement.


Sudesh Lahiri and Atul Parchure will present the opening comical act 'Aam Aadmi', a hilarious depiction of a common man in today's world.

Actors Shama Sikender, Giaa Manek, Karishma Tanna, Aditi Sajwan and Debina Bonnerjee dance act will decpict 'unity in diversity'. A blend of folk with popular filmy dance numbers that will signify the spirit of every Indian State.

Child actors Dev Joshi, Meher, Gillu and Rudra will perform as the 'kids as freedom fighters of India'.

Most popular sons-in-law of TV Abhishek Awasthi, Eijaz Khan and Karan Wahi will join the Republic Day celebrations with their 'defence act'.
