A special segment was aired in 'Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah' on Tuesday that showed the producer Asit Kumarr Modi visit several religious places to offer prayer and seek blessing for the 8th year of the show.

The show that has been on-air since 2008, had several Bollywood stars like Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Ajay Devgn among others appear on it to promote their respective films.
