For the engagement ceremony, actor Sai Pallavi donned a cream and yellow coloured saree while Pooja looked gorgeous in a cream and lavender saree. In a video shared by the fan page of the actress, she is seen dancing alongside her sister and other relatives and friends at the ceremony.

Sai Pallavi made her acting debut in the year 2015 with the Malayalam film 'Premam' and shot to fame with her performance as Malar. Her simplicity effortless acting and dance skills attracted the audience. She went on to star in multiple Telugu and Tamil films as well making her one of the most popular stars of South cinema. Sai's sister Pooja is also an actress who made her debut in 2021 with the Tamil film 'Chithirai Seevvanam'.
While Pooja is yet to sign her next project, Sai Pallavi has an interesting line-up of films. She will be seen in 'Thandel' in Telugu directed by Chandoo Mondeti and co-starring Naga Chaitanya. She will also star in an untitled film with Sivakarthikeyan in Tamil, directed by Rajkumar Periyasamy and produced by Kamal Haasan. She is also shooting for a Hindi film alongside Aamir Khan's son Junaid Khan. According to reports, the actress will also be playing Sita in Nitesh Tiwari's ambitious film Ramayan. The film will reportedly see Ranbir Kapoor play Lord Ram and Yash as Raavan. An official announcement regarding the same is awaited.
