Actor Prabhas dropped a cryptic post on his Instagram stories on Friday morning leaving his fans confused. The actor sparked rumours of a marriage when he mentioned the entry of a special someone in his life.
In a note addressed to his fans whom he calls 'darlings,', Prabhas wrote, "Finally someone very special is about to enter our life..Wait cheyandi".

Soon fans took to social media especially on X to decode what Prabhas meanat by the note on Instagram. Fans of the actor speculated that he might soon announce his marriage. While others felt it had something to do with his upcoming film 'Kalki AD 2898'.

Meanwhile, Prabhas was asked about his marriage plans last year on a chat show. The actor had made an appearance on an episode of the popular Telugu chat show, Unstoppable. The actor who is largely known to be reserved was seen at his candid best in the episode.
On the show, Prabhas was asked about his love life by host Nandamuri Balakrishna. The video began with Prabhas being cheered by the audience as he entered the stage. Nandamuri Balakrishna tells Prabhas, “You should address me as darling.” The actor agrees and laughs.
The host goes on to ask him about when he will get married. Prabhas responded, “After Salman Khan,” and leaves everyone in splits. The host further asks to about his massive female following and what he does to charm them.
On the work front:
Prabhas was last seen in the film 'Salaar'. The Telugu superstar will next be seen essaying the role of Bhairava in the upcoming sci-fi epic 'Kalki 2898 AD'. The actor appeared in a video during the IPL match between Lucknow Super Giants vs Mumbai Indians during this IPL season. Donning Bhairava's persona, Prabhas delivered a powerful message likening cricket to warfare.
Earlier, veteran Bollywood icon Amitabh Bachchan's character was unveiled as Ashwatthama during previous IPL broadcasts. 'Kalki 2898 AD' made its promotional debut at San Diego Comic-Con last year. Directed by Nag Ashwin and bankrolled by Vyjayanthi Movies, 'Kalki 2898 AD' is a multilingual film. The mythology-inspired sci-fi spectacle is set in the future and is set to arrive in cinemas on June 27, 2024.
