Randeep Hooda rejects Rs 3 crore offer to play villain?

Telugu actor-producer Pawan Kalyan's film 'Gabbar Singh 2' is all set to go on floors soon. The buzz doing the round of industry circles is that Randeep Hooda was approached to play the villain in the film, but turned it down.

According to a source, “The makers of the film were keen on signing Randeep Hooda as the villain. The producers were ready to pay around three crore to the actor, but he declined to be a part of the project.”

Adds a source close to the actor, “Yes, Randeep was approached to play the baddie in 'Gabbar Singh 2' for which the makers were ready to pay a huge amount, but Randeep eyes certain kind of roles and said no to the film.”

The flick will finally go on the floors on May 29 after a lot of back and forth owing to Pawan's involvement in politics.

Randeep remained unavailable for comment.
