BTS's V, a prominent member of the renowned K-Pop idol group, is set to embark on a highly anticipated solo journey with his forthcoming album "Layover," slated for release on September 8. The announcement, revealed by V and BIGHIT MUSIC, the label responsible for BTS's global success, has triggered a wave of excitement among fans eager to witness V's individual artistic expression. The solo venture promises a collection of six captivating tracks, headlined by the mesmerizing lead single 'Slow Dancing'.


‘Slow Dancing’ embraces a romantic soul genre reminiscent of the 1970s, enveloping listeners in an atmosphere of tranquility and liberation. The forthcoming album has gained added allure due to the creation of music videos for each of the tracks, excluding the bonus track, a decision that has heightened fans' curiosity and anticipation.


A formal statement from BIGHIT MUSIC articulated, "Hello. This is BIGHIT MUSIC. We are excited to share more details about the release of BTS member V's solo album, 'Layover.' Layover consists of six tracks in total - five tracks and a bonus track. To fully appreciate the album's flow, we recommend listening to it in sequence from start to finish."


The album's meticulously crafted track list offers a captivating musical journey:

Rainy Days: V's resonant voice harmoniously intertwines with the soothing sounds of rain and everyday white noise, evoking powerful emotions within listeners.
Blue: A homage to classic R&B with a modern twist, infusing the song with a distinctive charm.
Love Me Again: A light and captivating R&B track characterized by an enchanting vibe, magnifying V's signature baritone.
Slow Dancing: The spotlight track of the album, an ode to '70s romantic soul, creating an atmosphere of laid-back ease.
