For Dunkin's commercial during the Super Bowl 2024, actor Affleck attempts to become a popstar like his wife Jennifer Lopez. He along with his A-list crew put up an act in front of a horrified JLo. No sooner did he and the unwilling crew perform the song titled 'Don’t Dunk Away at My Heart', Lopez destroyed their dream.

The Super Bowl 2024 ad opens with Jack Harlow asking Affleck, sitting in the car, "Are you sure you want to do this?” In response, Affleck tells him, “Last year, [J.Lo] came to my work, now I’ve got to show her what I can do.” The line is a reference to last year’s Dunkin’ ad, which the press release refers to as part of “The Dunkin’ Cinematic Universe,” when Affleck worked a Dunkin’ drive-through and his wife ordered coffee from him.
Affleck, Damon, and Brady are seen in matching bright-coloured tracksuits. The costume is part of their transformation to become 'The DunKings'. "What up punks,” Ben Affleck says as he enters what appears to be the set of a music video. “For your consideration, here comes the Boston massacre, The DunKings!”he added.
Affleck then goes in to take center stage and introduces Brady on the keyboard and then points to Damon who says, "Sometimes it’s really hard to be your friend.”
Jennifer Lopez who is shown busy working on her album This Is Me … Now' when the trio barges in gives a horrified look at their performance. After their dance to the song 'Don't Dunk Away My Heart' Lopez asks them to leave telling Affleck, "We spoke about this". As they leave the building, Lopez sweetly tells Tom that he can stay.
At the end of the ad, Damon tells his friend Affleck, “Remember when I told you I’d do anything for you? This is anything.” The video ends with Affleck telling him to “chill” because “they’re naming a drink after us".
JLo's new album:
She is set to drop ‘This Is Me… Now’, a new album that marks the 20th anniversary of ‘This Is Me…Then’, on February 16. The Dave Meyers-directed companion short film will be released at the same time by Amazon MGM Studios. As per ‘Variety’, JLo has some worries about putting her and Affleck’s life in the spotlight because “we both have PTSD” caused by the media scrutiny they endured back when they first dated. Asked if the film is a scripted feature or documentary, JLo said, “You have to see it and you’ll have to experience it to understand it. That’s why I call it a ‘musical experience'. Because there’s music, you can see it, you can hear it and then you’ll get to live it."
