Game Of Thrones actress Sophie Turner and her husband Joe Jonas are reportedly experiencing 'serious problems' in their marriage for six months. Now, as per the latest report in AP, the singer has filed for divorce in Florida’s Miami-Dade County Court.
According to AP, "The marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken." According to the report, Joe is seeking joint custody of his daughters. AP stated that according to the filing, the two had a prenuptial agreement that Jonas expects will be enforced. Joe and Sophie's representatives are yet to react to the rumours of ending their marriage.

Sophie and Joe's relationship began in 2016 when they first started talking on Instagram. He initiated a conversation with her through DMs. She said in an interview with Harper's Bazaar UK, "We had a lot of mutual friends. And they’d been trying to introduce us for a long time. We were following each other on Instagram and he direct-messaged me one fine day, out of the blue."
In May 2019, Sophie and Joe got married in a highly private ceremony in Vegas at A Little White Wedding Chapel. They attended the Billboard Music Awards there too. Sophie and Joe had a France wedding in May 2019 with family and friends in attendance. They became parents to Willa in July 2020. Sophie and Joe welcomed a baby girl in July 2022. They're yet to publicly announce her name.
On August 15, Sophie shared a picture with Joe on Instagram. She wrote, "long long New York nights." The actress attended the Jonas Brothers' concert. On the contrary, there were reports that Joe has been the primary caregiver for their two daughters despite him being on tour. International publications claimed that the singer had taken off his engagement ring. However, he dismissed rumours by wearing it at the concert.
Sophie made her acting debut with the popular television series, Game Of Thrones. She played the role of Sansa Stark. The actress has done films like X-Men: Apocalypse and Dark Phoenix.
Joe is a singer and has a band called Jonas Brothers with his brothers Kevin and Nick.
