The Peacock Network says Gervais will reprise his role as David Brent the boss in the UK version of the show.

The episode is set to air January 27th, and EW reports people are calling the appearance a "small cameo" in a scene with Steve Carell's character, Michael Scott. EW says the bit was shot months ago.
