The ultimate party mansion is up for sale as long as you don’t mind the owner Hugh Hefner still living there.

Built in 1927, this six acre Holmby Hills estate will go on the market sometime in February. Sources claim that that the owner of Playboy Enterprises is looking make something above $200 million for the house, with conditions applied.

The actual market price for the house is much lower than the quoted amount. Experts hope that the prices will come down eventually.

It is also reported that whoever buys the house will be expected to let Hugh Hefner stay in the mansion until he dies. In addition to that, prospective buys are allowed to take a tour of the house but Hef’s bedroom is off limits.
