Terminator: While many debate that the best days of this particular franchise are long gone, one can’t help but wonder what Arnold Schwarzenegger can still bring to the table. While news of a new Terminator movie was received with excitement by fans, the makers are banking on the response to the film to launch a new trilogy.
Poltergeist: If you’ve seen the original, you’ll probably wonder how a movie so replete with drama and horror can be remade. The original movie released in 1982, still stands as one of the best horror films of that decade. And going solely by the trailer, the reboot might be equally interesting to watch.

Independence Day 2: In more ways than one, Independence Day can be considered the pioneer of mysterious and powerful alien-invasion movies. After almost two decades, the movie is getting a reboot and it’s titled Independence Day: Resurgence.
Jumanji: The 1995 adventure fantasy film remains , a favourite among kids and adults. While rumours of a reboot were going strong, especially with the passing away of Robin Williams, the project hit a wall. Now, it seems the makers are planning to give it another shot.
Dirty Dancing: Back in the day, Patrick Swayze and Jennifer Grey captivated us with their passion and chemistry on screen. Not only did the movie put Swayze on every teenage girl’s wall, it was considered one of the most succesful films of the ’80s. After putting the project on the backburner for some time, the makers have finally decided to go ahead with the reboot of this romantic drama. Nobody puts Baby in a corner; not for long anyway.
