London: Fans has reportedly demanded BBC to present Sherlock played by Benedict Cumberbatch and Dr Watson played by Martin Freeman as gay lovers in the TV series 'Sherlock'.

According to the Daily Star, Mark Gatiss, series' co-creator has revealed that fans send him plot lines and even incredibly graphic drawings in which Sherlock and Watson fall in love, the Mirror reported.
In fact Mrs. Hudson, Sherlock's landlady in the show often makes cheeky comments about the pair's sexuality in the show; however their close relationship could more accurately be described more a “bro-mance” than a romance.
