Singer Britney Spearss former husband Kevin Federline has been forced to make compromises to co-parent their two sons -- Sean Preston and Jayden James.

Federline, a former backup dancer, also has a daughter Kori Madison and son Kaleb with former fiancee Shar Jackson, and daughters Jordan and Peyton Marie with his wife Victoria Prince.

He has revealed that Spears's hectic work schedule means he needs to plan his time around her touring schedule reports dailymail.co.uk.

"Having six, it feels like you're trying to control a basketball team. But it's worth it," Federline said on Bravo.

"All my kids are great; they get along. By the time you have six, you are so well seasoned. I can probably change a diaper with one hand and feed a kid at the same time," he added.

Federline and Spears were married for two years before splitting in 2006.

"I'm used to not having all my kids, and this is gonna be one of those years.

"When you are co-parenting, you have to be willing to give up some of the things you would really like to do. My boys will be gone, their mom's (Spears) off in Asia on tour ... They are gone for the rest of the month," he said.
