The actress married rocker Jarecki in June 2005.Silverstone, who is the author of The Kind Diet, is a strict vegan, just like fellow first-time mom-to-be, Natalie Portman.
Silverstone -- who became a '90s icon in the 1995 film Clueless -- credits her meat and dairy-free lifestyle with improving her health.
