To be aired on Star World Weekend Binge -- a weekend property of Star World and Star World HD, the entire series will be aired on December 19-20 for viewers to binge watch, read a statement.
From co-creators Marti Noxon and Sarah Gertrude Shapiro, "UnREAL" will give a behind-the-scenes glimpse into the chaos surrounding the production of a fictitious hit dating competition show titled "Everlasting".
"UnREAL" shows Rachel Goldberg (Shiri Appleby), a young producer whose sole job is to manipulate her relationships with and among the contestants to get the vital dramatic and outrageous footage that the programmeÂ’s dispassionate executive producer Quinn King (Constance Zimmer) demands.
What ensues is an eye-opening look at what happens in the outrageous world of unscripted television, where being a contestant can be vicious and producing it is a whole other reality.
“It's sort of about growing up in the world. I think it's truly a quandary that most people can relate to, is how do you stay yourself and respect your morals as you become an adult," "UnREAL" co-creator and supervising producer Sarah Gertrude Shapiro said about the show.
The show also stars Craig Bierko as Chet, the eccentric creator of "Everlasting", and Freddie Stroma as the dating showÂ’s handsome and intelligent suitor Adam Cromwell.
Josh Kelly plays Jeremy, a cameraman who is Rachel’s ex-boyfriend, while Siobhan Williams is Lizzie, Jeremy’s current fiancée and on-set makeup artist.
The contestants of "Everlasting" include Grace, portrayed by Nathalie Kelley; Anna, played by Johanna Braddy; Faith, portrayed by Breeda Wool; and Mary, played by Ashley Scott.
Arielle Kebbel will guest star as Courtney, a contestant who isnÂ’t on "Everlasting" to make any friends.
