According to a report in Bollywood Hungama, the CBFC has asked the word ''Bewakoof to be replaced with 'mashroof' and 'foolish' with busy' in the subtitles. In certain dialogues, RAW (Research and Analysis Wing) has been mentioned. The CBFC asked the team to make use of the appropriate abbreviation which is R&AW. Once the above changes were incorporated the censor board granted the film a U/A certificate. The run time of the film as mentioned in the censor certificate is 153 minutes or 2 hours 33 minutes.
Ten days before its release, the makers of 'Tiger 3' released a new promo that gives a better picture and a clearer graph of Emraan's character, Aatish. He is Tiger's nemesis. In the clip, Emraan comes across as the cold-blooded antagonist who vows to erase India from the world map and hunt down Indians. However, his competition is with Tiger, who at any cost will not put his country in danger. Katrina jumps in as Zoya, Tiger's wife and an agent herself.
The advance bookings for the film will commence on November 5, exactly a week before its release. The film will also be screened from 7 am morning on November 12 in India. Tiger 3 is the fifth film in the blockbuster YRF Spy Universe which follows the events of Ek Tha Tiger, Tiger Zinda Hai, War and Pathaan. The film, which also stars Emraan Hashmi and Katrina Kaif, is directed by Maneesh Sharma. Shah Rukh Khan will be making a special appearance in the film as Pathaan. Like Salman Khan made an appearance in 'Pathaan' earlier this year, SRK's character will be arriving at a crucial point of the film. It will open in Hindi, Tamil dubbed and Telugu dubbed versions.
