As per Sacnilk, the movie earned Rs 3.75 crore on its first Monday, bringing the total domestic box office collection to Rs 30.85 crore after four days. The film had an overall 11.06% Hindi occupancy, with a higher audience turnout for night shows. While a decline in box office numbers is usual on weekdays, it's crucial for movies to bounce back on weekends. The question now is whether 'Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya' has enough momentum to last for more days.
With a 22.16% overall Hindi occupancy on Saturday, Chennai led with the highest occupancy at 65%, followed by cities like Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Pune. The movie, directed by Amit Joshi and Aradhana Sah, features Dharmendra, Dimple Kapadia, and Rakesh Bedi in key roles, depicting a unique love story in the realm of Artificial Intelligence. Trade analyst Taran Adarsh noted that the film marked Shahid's highest opening day (overseas) with a gross of over $700k.
