Amid the spike in Coronavirus cases, Soni Razdan has demanded vaccination for all actors. The veteran actor shared her point of view on Twitter, “So many actors are getting COVID-19, and are at huge risk when working. I mean we actually can’t wear masks, but no one seems to think they need to be able to take the vaccine yet.”

Her post did not go down well with a section of netizens. A detractor commented, “It’s not a crucial profession to be carried out on a daily basis.” Razdan hit back, “It’s a profession nonetheless. People need to work, right? Others can do so wearing protection, but actors are the only people who cannot.” Will the authorities pay heed to Razdan’s request?
