The clip in question is from the awards ceremony show where Shah Rukh Khan was honoured with the 'Indian of the Year 2024' award. In the video, Shah Rukh Khan was seen pulling Veeramuthuvel towards him, making sure that the ISRO scientist got his spotlight. Initially shy, Veeramuthuvel moved back to allow Shah Rukh Khan to have his moment, but King Khan would not allow it. Veeramuthuvel was also joined on stage by ISRO chairman S Somanath, where they were felicitated by union minister Dr Jitendra Singh, who called the chairman 'the Shah Rukh Khan of space’ much to Shah Rukh Khan's delight.

Shah Rukh Khan even talked about his responsibility in society and said that if he ever plays the role of a villain, he makes sure he dies a 'dog's death.'. Shah Rukh Khan said, "I am a guy who is hopeful and tells happy stories. The heroes I play do good things; they give hope and happiness. If I play a bad guy, I make sure he suffers a lot, he dies a dog's death because I believe goodness begets goodness. And I believe badness deserves a kick in the back side.
