Second act for Seerat Kapoor

Seerat Kapoor features in the murder mystery Maarich starring Naseeruddin Shah and Tusshar Kapoor, who is also the producer.

After making her Bollywood debut in Anubhav Sinha's production Zid (2014), which proved to be a dud, Seerat Kapoor moved South. She was seen in Telugu films, including Krishna and His Leela (2020).

The Krishna And His Leela actress, Seerat Kapoor has carved her unique mark in the south film industry. Starting as a dance choreographer on the sets of Ranbir Kapoor's Rockstar, she went on to make her own place in acting with her debut film Run Raja Run and later, delivered a few hits in the Telugu industry. She was last seen in Maa Vintha Gaadha Vinuma, which starred Siddhu Jonnalagadda.

Now, she is making her comeback to Hindi films. She features in the murder mystery Maarich starring Naseeruddin Shah and Tusshar Kapoor, who is also the producer. Considering several South actors are moving to Bollywood, she is trying her luck too.
