Ranveer Singh’s 83 collects 60.99 crore at the box office

Trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted that the film is continuing it's downward trend

It’s been disappointment at the box office for Ranveer Singh-Deepika Padukone starrer with an ensemble cast, 83. The Kabir Khan directorial has managed to collect 60.99 crore at the box office. 

Trade analyst and film critic Taran Adarsh tweeted on Wednesday, “#83TheFilm continues its downward trend... With #Jersey getting postponed, it has another week of open run, but the trending is weak, there's minimal hope to cover lost ground... Fri 12.64 cr, Sat 16.95 cr, Sun 17.41 cr, Mon 7.29 cr, Tue 6.70 cr. Total: ₹ 60.99 cr. #India biz.”

The film which chronicles the Indian cricket team’s fascinating 1983 World Cup victory, released on December 24 in more than 3,000 screens in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam.
