Rani Mukerji has entertained the audience for nearly three decades with varied kinds of films. The actress recently spoke about lip syncing to songs and said she does not find it challenging.

In a conversation with Film Companion, when asked about how challenging is lip-syncing to songs, Rani Mukerji very confidently said, "There is no challenge. Abhi gaana lagao, abhi lip sync karti hu. I could be sleeping, I would be sleeping, music could be on and I will start lip syncing."

"I think actors of my generations and actors before my generation were not given a choice. We were not spoilt. We had to do it. We had to support our family and had to do our job well. We have to give or best and work hard," she added saying that the audience back then was much forgiving as they understood the hardwork they put into making a film.

Earlier, this year, Karan Johar shot a romantic track titled 'Tum Kya Mile' for his recently released film 'Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani' and had said that it was not easy doing a lip sync song shoot. Alia Bhatt, who danced around in a chiffon saree in the snow in the song also said she found it difficult to lip sync.

At the press conference of 'Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani' held in Mumbai after the release of the film, Alia spoke about visiting her 'Dear Zindagi' co-star Shah Rukh to train in lip-syncing. The actress shared that she spent 2-3 hours with the superstar who not just trained her but also taught his daughter Suhana Khan the art of lip-sync. Alia said, "This was my little secret. I was really nervous. I was resuming work after a couple of months. For the first time, I was doing a proper after Ishq Wala Love. I realised that I could do better. So, I told Karan. He told me that I should speak with Shah Rukh and that he'll share some tips. I called him and talked on the phone. I wanted to understand from him because nobody lip-syncs like him. He told me, 'Tu ghar aa ja (You just come home). Suhana also wants to learn. Toh tum dono ka saath mein tuition karenge! Toh tu gaana leke aa ja (I will give you both tuitions together, you just bring the song)'."

The actress further added, "I was there for 2-3 hours. Suhana (Khan) and I - we both were singing the song. There's a whole lip sync portion that Shreya has sung beautifully. The way he broke it down...he even downloaded some apps. He said 'Yeh baar baar karo (So this again and again)'. He learned the song by the end of it. It shows how large-hearted and generous that man is. He's so wonderful and ever willing to help! That experience will be irreplaceable in my life."
