On Sunday, Priyanka Chopra Jonas took to her Instagram stories to share cute pictures of her daughter Malti Marie Chopra Jonas. They were seen getting ready for Priyanka's husband- singer Nick Jonas's upcoming tour. In the pictures, the little one is seen wearing Indian ethnic wear.
In the first photo shared by Priyanka, Malti Marie Chopra is seen sitting inside an empty suitcase as she smiles and looks around. In the last picture, Malti is seen standing in a room and receiving a toy from Anjula. Priyanka wrote, "Sundays are for kurta pajamas (heart eye emojis). Anjula also took to her Instagram stories to share pictures from her playdate with the little one. "On Massi duty, " she wrote.
Malti was born to Priyanka and Nick via surrogacy in January 2022. The duo, in a joint statement, had announced the birth of their first child on social media. "We are overjoyed to confirm that we have welcomed a baby via surrogate. We respectfully ask for privacy during this special time as we focus on our family. Thank you so much (sic)," the statement read.
On the work front, Priyanka Chopra was last seen in the Prime Video original series 'Citadel' directed by the Russo brothers. She was also seen in the film 'Love Again'. She will next be seen in the film 'Head Of State' with John Cena and Idris Elba. Back home, Priyanka was supposed to do the Hindi film 'Jee le Zara' with Katrina Kaif and Alia Bhatt. But rumours have been rife that Priyanka has walked out of the project owing to dates. amid the cast walking out, it was said that the project has been shelved. However, Zoya Akhtar, who is the co-writer of the film denied the rumours and said, "We're just waiting for the dates'.
