Meet Junaid Khan, Aamir Khan's eldest son
One star kid who has been generating quite a buzz lately is Junaid Khan. Born on June 2, 1993, he is the eldest son of the iconic Aamir Khan, one of India's most celebrated actors. While Aamir Khan has perpetually been in the spotlight, Junaid is set on steadily carving his own path in Tinsel Town.

With the weight of such a famous surname on his shoulders, Junaid Khan has always had a lot to live up to. Junaid grew up in Mumbai, surrounded by all things Bollywood and entertainment. His father, Aamir Khan, needs no introduction, being the driving force behind several blockbusters like Lagaan, Dangal, and 3 Idiots. Aamir's dedication to his craft and his ability to transform into any character he portrays has set the bar incredibly high for his son.
Junaid Khan, though, is determined to prove himself on his own merit. In 2020, it was reported that the budding actor had been taking several online courses to shape himself as a good actor before his reported debuts. The report from DNA also stated that Junaid has completed a course of Navarasa Sadhana online, a course taught by Venu G, India’s most reputed abhinaya guru, who has trained several actors and dancers conducting workshops at Natanakairali, the National School of Drama (Delhi), and the Intercultural Theatre Institute (Singapore).
Before Khan ventured into the world of theatre, he spent two years studying it at the AADA in Los Angeles. He began his theatre journey in 2017 and has since been involved in notable plays such as A Farming Story, A Few Good Men, Medea, directed by his sister Ira Khan, Bone of Contention, and Mother Courage and Her Children.
More recently, it seems Junaid Khan is officially stepping into the world of acting. Junaid Khan is set to debut with the Hindi movie 'Maharaj' produced by the well-known Yash Raj Films (YRF). But that's not all; he’ll be sharing the spotlight with Jaideep Ahlawat, Sharvari Wagh, and Shalini Pandey in its cast. The movie is directed by Siddharth P Malhotra, whose previous work included the film 'Hichki' starring Rani Mukerjee.
Recently, there were other rumours circulating about Junaid Khan working on a Hindi remake of the Tamil film Love Today. It's said that Khushi Kapoor, who's set to debut in Zoya Akhtar's The Archies this year, might also be a part of this film. There were other reports of him working on a movie with Sai Pallavi as well. However, it's important to note that neither project has been officially announced yet.
