Kriti Sanon to train in dirt biking, action for 'Ganapath' that reunites her with first co-star Tiger
The film was announced in February
Kriti Sanon, who is winning praise for her earnest performance in 'Mimi', has little time to bask in it. Having recently wrapped up work on Bachchan Pandey, she is juggling the shoot of Adipurush and the prep for her next, 'Ganapath'. The actioner understandably has a special place in her heart — after all, it reunites her with Tiger Shroff seven years after their debut film, Heropanti (2014).

Though unclear about when the Vikas Bahl-directed venture will go on floors, Sanon says she has begun the groundwork early so that she can match her co-star — known for his action prowess — punch for punch, spark for spark. “I have some action sequences in Ganapath. I train for them [whenever] the 'Adipurush' shoot [affords me] breaks.” The film was announced in February with a motion poster that saw her in a femme fatale avatar. While posing on a dirt bike came easy, she says the real challenge lies ahead. “I have to pick up dirt biking in the [weeks to come]. The project will go on floors sometime this year.”
