Actress Kriti Kharbanda has described a 'frightening' encounter. The actress said she discovered a hidden camera in her hotel room. During a conversation with Hauterrfly, the Housefull 4 actress said that she and her crew have been alert ever since they discovered a camera which wasn't properly hidden.

Kriti shared, “There was this one incident which I remember when I was shooting for one of my Kannada films. This boy, who used to work at the hotel, actually left a camera in my room. Me and my staff have this habit of checking around to make sure nothing is popping out from anywhere. He was obviously not a pro because it was kept so badly. I could see it, he had kept it behind the set-top box. It is scary, the kind of stuff you have to be careful about.”
Anushka Sharma also expressed her displeasure when a video from her husband, cricketer Virat Kohli's hotel room was leaked. Anushka wrote on social media, “Anyone who sees this and thinks celebrity ho toh deal Karna padega should know that you are also part of the problem. Exercising some self-control helps everyone. Also, if this is happening in your bedroom then where is the line?”
Furthermore, Dia Mirza, who is riding high for the success of ‘Made In Heaven Season 2’, discussed with ETimes how crucial it is to take measures when checking into a hotel room. The actress confessed that she has become extremely cautious about this matter ever-since recordings of women from bathrooms circulated on the internet ten years ago. Mirza now asks for her room first every time she stays in a hotel and then checks for hidden cameras.
