Ever since the trailer hit the web, netizens were amazed to see Rhea's role in the movie. Though the actress makes a bink-and-miss appearance, producer Anand Pandit was never denied the actress not being a part of the project, which was announced in December 2019.
"There was never any question of not having Rhea in the film. She was, is and will always be an integral part of Chehre. I don't believe in getting swayed so easily," Pandit says.
