Funny, scary and creepy
After the Katrina Kaif, Siddhant Chaturvedi and Ishaan Khatter-starrer Phone Bhoot and Saif Ali Khan, Jacqueline Fernandez and Arjun Kapoor’s Bhoot Police, one more horror comedy is in the making. Thankfully, it does not have the word bhoot in the title to add to the confusion. On Tuesday, Ronnie Screwvala announced his next production, Kakuda, starring Sonakshi Sinha, Riteish Deshmukh and Saqib Saleem. The film revolves around a ghost questioning superstition and tradition. It will be helmed by Aditya Sarpotdar, who is known for his critically-acclaimed Marathi film Mauli (2018), which featured Deshmukh as actor-producer. Like Bhoot Police, Kakuda will also drop on an OTT platform.
Big B needs some sleep

Karisma Kapoor, who featured in Rajkumar Santoshi’s cult film along with Salman Khan, Aamir Khan and Raveena Tandon, also shared her excitement. Referring to Gogo as an amusing character, she said, “There’s a surprise in store for viewers.”

Not amused
Madhurima Tuli is furious with the Khatron Ke Khiladi 11 team for recreating the ‘frying pan episode’ involving ex-boyfriend Vishal Aditya Singh. When Tuli and Singh were part of Bigg Boss 13, she had hit him with a frying pan during a fight. Singh, who is now seen on the Rohit Shetty-hosted adventure show, revisited the incident with one of the contestants. Tuli wonders why the channel repeatedly uses it to entertain viewers. “Please let me move on... do not play with my family’s emotions again and again,” said Tuli.
