Though they have yet to ascertain a title for the romantic comedy, the makers have already fixed the release date. Luv Ranjan’s next, starring Ranbir Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor, has booked Holi 2022. The film will release on March 18. Last month, the actors shot for the film’s first schedule in New Delhi. No picture from the set has been released, which sees the two Kapoors team up for the first time. Ranjan, who was called out during the #MeToo movement, is also back in the scheme of things.

Ranbir Kapoor, who was last seen in Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt's biopic titled 'Sanju', will be featuring in Karan Malhotra's directorial 'Shamshera'. He will also star in 'Animal', being helmed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga. On the other hand, Shraddha Kapoor was last seen in Baaghi 3 and Street Dancer 3D. Now, apart from this Luv Ranjan drama, the actress also has Naagin, helmed by Vishal Furia. Speaking about the film, Naagin is a trilogy, which will be produced by Nikhil Dwivedi. The actress has received mixed reviews from the fans as soon as the news hit the web.

Sharing the news about her upcoming project on social media, Shraddha Kapoor shared, "It's an absolute delight for me to play a Naagin on screen. I have grown up watching, admiring and idolising Sridevi ma'am's Nagina and Nigahen and have always wanted to play a similar role rooted in Indian traditional folklore."
