Exclusive! Raveena Tandon on T Rama Rao: Not one mean bone in his body

Raveena Tandon who had worked with veteran director T Rama Rao who passed away on Tuesday night, on his 2000 release Bulandi with co-stars Anil Kapoor, Rajinikanth and Rekha, spoke to mid-day.com. 


Raveena told mid-day.com, “I worked with him on just one film Bulandi. He was a very sweet person. Not one mean bone in his body. It was a wonderful, memorable experience.”


Rama Rao directed several Hindi and Telugu films, In 1966, he made his directorial debut with the Telugu film 'Navarathri Dorababu,' 'Aalumagalu,' 'Pachani Kapura,' 'Naseeb Apna Apna,' 'Watan Ke Rakhwale' and 'Jeevana Tarangalu' were among his popular films. NT Ramarao and Jayaprada starrer blockbuster titled 'Yamagola' was one of his best known films.
