Talking about Mumbai Diaries, Konkona said, “I feel so grateful, this is the first web-series that I have done. So happy that it has got such a great reaction and we have got a lot of love for the show. I really hadn’t anticipated but it has really resonated with people and they have given such great reactions. I’m over the moon, I’m very excited.”

While talking about her film ‘Page 3’, Konkona spoke about the things she would like to change about entertainment journalism. “I don’t think journalists should be pushing these boundaries and not giving space to the celebrities. Sometimes it’s their private moment of grief, sometimes it’s another difficult moment a human being is going through. So you have to see these celebrities as human beings, perhaps privileged human beings,” she stated.

“When they are going through their time of difficulty or grief or whatever it is, we have to give that space, it has to be consensual. If a celebrity is saying ‘No, I don’t want you to take my picture,’ we have to respect that, we have no right. And it should be illegal. There should be legal consequences to it because it’s not fair or dignified. It’s not dignified of the journalist. Who wants to be like that, you know? So we must learn to give space. Only when the person who’s doing the interview or the byte and someone who’s giving the byte, they both agree, sometimes it’s the safety risk, sometimes there’s a small child involved, so you have to give that space,” she added.

She also shared interesting anecdotes about films like 'Mirch', 'Wake Up Sid', 'Luck By Chance', and 'Ek Thi Daayan'. Watch the video to know more.
