In an exclusive interview with mid-day's Parul Sharma, The Big Bull star Abhishek Bachchan revealed what it was like to play diverse characters so far in the Bollywood industry. The actor also gave us a glimpse of what it was like to sign such roles which were odd yet compelling. The actor also played the game 'Mid-Day & Me' where he revealed his favourite mid-day meal, his 12 o'clock phone call, his mid-day mood and much more.

When asked about his latest drama, which saw a digital release earlier this month, the actor was quick to reply, "The Big Bull was intended more towards cinemas. It was shot keeping that scale in mind. If you've seen the trailer, everything about it is larger than life. We finished the shooting of Big Bull in 2019 and we all were stuck because of the lockdown, and then the pandemic."
Abhishek Bachchan also revealed what it was to sign Guru and Dhoom 3. "I did Guru when I was 28-29, and I played a 70-year-old character. In Dhoom, there was a lot of emphasis on the body. Various times I was asked oh why haven't you shown your six-packs. Jay Dixit is not the kind of a cop who is going to walk around shirtless. He is not going to be bothered about taking off his shirt. That is not his character," he said.
As he also played a quick game mid-day and me, Abhishek Bachchan had some quirky replies to the fun questions asked by Parul.

Favourite mid-day meal or snack
Any mid-day meal or snack is good. Any time you have a snack is good. I am not like you said I checked my vanity out.

Especially if you are filming, you tend to wake up at 4:30-5 in the morning, so by mid-day, you are pretty much at your optimum. So, after lunch, things start going downhill. It's difficult to pick one and give you an anecdote. I think it's the time in the day where most people are the most productive.
Is there anything that comes to mind when you were shattered and exhausted by the time it was mid-day?
There have been times I have shot for 24, 48 and 72 hours at a stretch. Our work tends to take the mickey out of you. There have been several times when you have been pulling a long night or something and by mid-day, you are pretty destroyed.
