Akshay Kumar has always been on a spree, both in terms of signing films and announcing them, pandemic or not. Back in 2019, he announced the action-comedy Bachchan Pandey and it was all set for a release on Christmas 2020. Due to the outbreak of the Coronavirus pandemic, the film was postponed.

It’s now releasing on March 18, 2022 on the occasion of Holi and Kumar has shared the news with two new posters that brim with rust and grit. The actor states that the film guarantees action, comedy, romance, and drama. It’s directed by Farhad Samji and stars Arshad Warsi, Kriti Sanon and Pankaj Tripathi in crucial roles too.
