Why did Priyanka choose Raveena Tandon to display the engagement ring?

While there is still no official confirmation about Priyanka and Nick Jonas' engagement, the 'Quantico' actress seemed to have given approval of the same!

So, finally, Priyanka Chopra has stopped playing hide-n-seek with the sparkler that beau Nick Jonas slipped on her finger. PeeCee was spotted at Manish Malhotra's party on Tuesday flaunting her engagement ring. She wrapped her arm around Raveena Tandon in a probable bid to give fans a view of the rock. Priyanka and Ravs share a history, one which is better forgotten now.

So, there was added interest about why the Quantico actor chose Ravs from the bevy of guests present to display the ring. Raveena even shared the picture on Instagram. Nick apparently got an entire jewellery store shut shop while buying the ring for his ladylove.

More details about the cushion-cut diamond ring have also emerged. E!Online quoted the statement of the president of a diamond company, saying, "Priyanka's ring is a high-quality cushion cut weighing around 4 carats. It looks to be somewhere around a G color, VS1 clarity which, from Tiffany & Co, would have a value of around $200,000."
